Mainwaring Hilton married Mary Moulton, daughter of Thomas Moulton, before 1670.² Mainwaring Hilton died before 4 July 1671 in York, York County, Maine; death date based on information that "Tho[mas] Mowlton was granted administration of the estate of Mananering Hilton his son-in-law lately deceased" on 4 July 1671.²
