     Sir Henry de Pierrepont was the son of Sir George de Pierrepont and Winifred Thwaites. Sir Henry de Pierrepont married Frances Cavendish. Sir Henry de Pierrepont died in 1614/15.

     Gervase Pierrepont was the son of Sir George de Pierrepont and Winifred Thwaites.

The Pierpont Family are descended from a Norman family of whom the first is known about 980 A.D.

The earliest certainly known was in England with William the Conqueror as shown by the Doomesday Book.

     Frances Cavendish married Sir Henry de Pierrepont, son of Sir George de Pierrepont and Winifred Thwaites.

     Robert de Pierrepont married Gertrude Talbot. Robert de Pierrepont was born in 1583/84. He was the son of Sir Henry de Pierrepont and Frances Cavendish.
     1st Earl of Kingston, Lt. Gen. Charles I. Earl of Kingston, Viscount of Neward, etc.

     Francis de Pierrepont was the son of Sir Henry de Pierrepont and Frances Cavendish.

     Mary de Pierrepont was the daughter of Sir Henry de Pierrepont and Frances Cavendish.
     Mary married a Mr. Cartwright but nothing further is known.
